Miguel Cruz-Ortiz, 35, whose last known address was in the 200 block of South Sixth Street, Reading, is wanted on corrupt organizations and possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance charges
Police said that between Feb. 1 and Nov. 4, 2022, Cruz-Ortiz engaged in racketeering activity, delivered cocaine and used a communication facility to commit a crime.
He is described as 5 feet 9 inches and 210 pounds.
Juan Rodriguez-Gonzalez Jr., 34, whose last known address was in the 1900 block of Perkiomen Avenue, Reading, is wanted on theft by deception charges.
Police said that between Aug. 15 and Aug. 26, Rodriguez-Gonzalez Jr. agreed to perform work on a car. The victim took their car to the defendant’s house and never heard back. The victim reported the car stolen, and it was later discovered that Rodriguez-Gonzalez sold the car to someone else.
He is described as 5 feet 6 inches and 175 pounds.
