The Berks County sheriff’s office is seeking the following fugitives:
James Harner, 56, whose last known address was in the 1300 block of Manatawny Drive, Pottstown, is wanted on charges of intending to deliver a controlled substance.
The Berks County sheriff’s office was in the process of evicting Harner when they found a marijuana-grow operation at his residence March 4. Douglass Township police arrived and obtained a search warrant. Police found marijuana in a chest freezer, a refrigerator, and packaged in plastic tubs. Police filed charges on Jan. 22.
He is described as 5 feet 11 inches and 180 pounds.
Marvin Grasty Jr., 23, whose last known address was in the 1200 block of Alsace Road, is wanted on charges of theft by unlawful taking, obstructing law enforcement and resisting arrest.
Police said a bench warrant was issued Jan. 13 for Grasty for failing to appear in court on the theft charge. Grasty is also wanted on another bench warrant for failing to appear in court on Dec. 11, 2024, on resisting arrest charges.
He is described as 5 feet 6 inches and 190 pounds.
