The Berks County sheriff’s department is seeking the following fugitives:
Jason Serrano, 33, address unknown, is wanted on possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance charges.
Police said that on Nov. 20, 2021, Serrano was arrested on outstanding warrants by Berks sheriff’s deputies. Serrano was found in possession of 26 baggies of crack cocaine, 14 empty plastic bags, and a digital scale. He was charged on June 28, 2022, with possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance. Serrano is also wanted on simple assault charges filed by Reading police on June 26.
He is described as 5 feet 11 inches and 220 pounds.
Enrique Cuatlapantzi-Cruz, 31, whose last known address was in the 100 block of South Eighth Street, Reading, is wanted on aggravated assault with a deadly weapon charges.
Police said that on March 10, Cuatlapantzi-Cruz struck the victim with a pipe causing him to have a concussion and broken nose. He also pointed a firearm at the victim and threatened to kill them.
He is described as 5 feet 3 inches and 145 pounds.
