Wanted in Berks: May 26, 2024

The Berks County Sheriff’s Office is seeking the following fugitives:

Scott Ohm, 61, whose last known address was in the first block of Black Matt Road, Douglassville, is wanted on receiving stolen property and firearms not to be carried without a license charges

Police stated that on March 12, Ohm was stopped in his vehicle by Amity Township police. He was driving without a license, and a search warrant was issued for the vehicle. A black handgun was located under the driver’s seat and was found to be stolen. Ohm did not have a permit to carry a firearm.

He is described as 5 feet 11 inches and 160 pounds.

Kendell Harper, 28, whose last known address was in the 700 block of Madison Avenue, Reading, is wanted on simple assault, theft of property and fleeing to elude an officer charges.

Policce stated that on April 9, a bench warrant for Harper was issued for failure to appear for a hearing on felony fleeing to elude an officer charges. Harper has other bench warrants for failure to appear on multiple charges including simple assault, theft of property, protection from abuse violation, and criminal mischief.

He is described as 6 feet and 200 pounds.
