The Berks County sheriff’s office is seeking the following fugitives:
• Robert Purfield, 39, whose last known address was in the 800 block of Franklin Street, Reading is wanted on theft charges.
Cumru Township police stated that on June 13, Purfield stole an SUV valued at $8,990. Charges were filed on June 16.
He is described as 6 feet 1 inch and 180 pounds.
• Carlos Beltran-Lopez, 44, whose last known address was in the 700 block of North Ninth Street, Reading, is wanted on retail theft charges.
Muhlenberg Township police stated that on Aug. 16, Beltran-Lopez took two bottles of liquor valued at about $100 without paying from a Fine Wine and Good Spirits store. He is facing felony charges because it is his ninth retail theft offense. Charges were filed Sept. 10.
He is described as 5 feet 6 inches and 160 pounds.
