The Berks County sheriff’s office is seeking the following fugitives:
• Shaun Marshall, 38, whose last known address was in Herndon, Northumberland County, is wanted on retail theft charges.
Police stated that on June 6, July 21, July 25, July 31, Oct. 1 and Oct. 8, Marshall stole items from Weis Food Markets and Giant Food Stores in Spring Township and the Redner’s Market in Exeter Township. Marshall also has a Berks County Adult Probation warrant filed on April 12 and is wanted on retail theft charges in Lancaster and Schuylkill counties.
He is described as 5 feet 7 inches and 170 pounds.
• Lynette Smith, 73, address unknown, is wanted on a retail theft charge and a Berks County Adult Probation warrant.
Police stated that on Sept. 12, 2023, Smith took $156 worth of items from Walmart Store in Wyomissing. There are also a warrant for her arrest for violating her probation on a retail theft conviction and possession of a controlled substance in Reading.
She is described as 5 feet 6 inches and 100 pounds.
