The Berks County sheriff’s office is seeking the following fugitive:
• Roberto Cruz-Rodriguez, 53, whose last known address was in the 600 block of South 17 1/2 Street, Reading, is wanted on corrupt organizations and possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance (fentanyl) charges.
Police stated that on Feb. 1, 2022, Cruz-Rodriguez conducted a financial transaction involving proceeds of unlawful activity. Cruz-Rodriguez was involved in a drug trafficking organization that distributed large quantities of fentanyl and cocaine.
He is described as 5 feet 6 inches and 200 pounds.
