The Berks County Sheriff’s Office is seeking the following fugitives:
Jocelyn Arroyo, 27, whose last known address was in the 1300 block of North 10th Street, is wanted on aggravated assault and robbery charges.
Reading police said Arroyo and 3 other suspects punched the victim in the back of the head as he was walking away on Aug. 14. As the victim tried to call police from his cellphone, Arroyo and the other suspects pulled him to the ground and stomped on his head. Arroyo and the others suspects took the cellphone and $25. Reading police filed charges Sept. 3. Arroyo also has a warrant on a Berks County Adult Probation violation.
She is described as 5 feet and 140 pounds.
Jason Conrad, 46, whose last known address was in the 1400 block of Perkiomen Avenue, is wanted on charges of intending to deliver a controlled substance.
Exeter Township police said they stopped Conrad in his vehicle on Aug. 14. Police saw indicators of criminal activity and asked to search the vehicle. During the search, police found 3.8 grams of crystal meth, 16 bundles of heroin/fentanyl and a clear glass pipe. Conrad was released, and police filed charges on Sept. 23.
He is described as 5 feet 10 inches and 240 pounds.
