The Berks County sheriff’s department is seeking the following fugitives:
• Ivonne Morales-Feliciano, 25, whose last known address was in the 100 block of North 10th Street, Reading, is wanted on riot and simple assault charges.
Reading police stated that on Aug. 5, Morales-Feliciano punched and kick someone in the 400 block of Penn Street in Reading, injuring the victim.
She is described as 5 feet 4 inches and 150 pounds.
Morgan Wheeler, 26, whose last known address was in the 2100 block of Elder Street, Reading, is wanted on endangering welfare of children and fleeing to elude an officer charges.
• Laureldale police stated that on July 14, Wheeler was driving a vehicle with an expired inspection sticker when an officer attempted to conduct a vehicle stop on her. Wheeler accelerated, went through stop signs and pulled behind a structure to elude police. The officer located and detained the defendan. The officer observed a 3-year-old child inside the vehicle.
She is described as 5 feet 7 inches and 145 pounds.
