The Wyomissing Public Library is happy to announce that it is organizing a round-trip bus excursion to the 2025 Philadelphia Flower Show on Saturday, March 1. The bus will leave Wyomissing at 8 a.m., arriving in time to take advantage of the show’s pre-opening admission, and will leave the Philadelphia Convention Center at 4:30 p.m. to arrive back in Wyomissing at approximately 6 p.m. The cost of the round trip and admission to the show is $90.00, and the deadline for reservations is Saturday, Feb. 1. There are no refunds, and meals are on your own.
The Philadelphia Flower Show is organized by the Pennsylvania Horticultural Society and is the country’s oldest. The theme for 2025, Gardens of Tomorrow, “highlights the transformative power of plants and inspires us to create a beautiful, more resilient future together,” said Seth Pearsoll, VP and Creative Director of the Philadelphia Flower Show.
Visitors will experience award-winning designs and innovative gardens and come away with new ideas on how to work with nature to shape the future.
