$213.8 million Powerball winning ticket sold in Pa.

The winning ticket in Monday night’s $213.8 million Powerball jackpot was sold in Pennsylvania.

A single ticket matched all five white balls, and the red Powerball, marking the 20th time that has happened in the state since Powerball’s debut in 1992, Powerball announced Tuesday morning.

Quick Pizza and Hoagies in Pittsburgh sold the winning ticket, the Pennsylvania Lottery said in a news release later Tuesday morning. The store will earn a $100,000 bonus for selling the winning ticket.

The numbers in Monday’s drawing were 9-22-57-67-68, with a Powerball of 14. The last Powerball jackpot was hit July 3 in Ohio, according to officials.

The winner of Monday’s drawing can choose between an annuitized prize of $213.8 million or a lump sum of $106.4 million, both of which are before taxes.

Monday’s jackpot was the first won in Pennsylvania since August of 2022, when the $206.9 million-winning ticket was sold in nearby Westmoreland County.

The odds of winning a jackpot are 1 in 292.2 million, according to the Powerball.
