Josiah Jordan scored three touchdowns Friday night but it wasn’t enough as Central Dauphin pulled away from visiting Berks Catholic for a 41-22 non-league football win.
Jones hauled in touchdown passes of 11 and 7 yards and ran for an 18-yard TD in the second quarter that gave Berks Catholic (1-1) its last lead at 14-7.
Central Dauphin (1-1) tied it midway through the second quarter on a 55-yard touchdown run by quarterback Max Mosey.
Mosey put the Rams in front to stay in the final minute of the first half with a 5-yard TD run.
The score remained 21-14 through three quarters before the Rams scored three touchdowns in the fourth. In addition to rushing for two touchdowns, Mosey passed for two scores for Central Dauphin.
