Movie Matinee – Double Creature Feature: 12:30 p.m. Exeter Community Library, 4569 Prestwick Drive, Reading. Death Café: 1 p.m., Exeter Community Library, 4569 Prestwick Drive, Reading. Held in conjunction with the Pennsylvania Link to Aging and Disability Resources, the Death Cafe is a congenial group of people who meet to discuss death, dying, living and life. The aim is to increase the awareness of death to help people make the most of their (finite) lives. This is NOT a grief support group. Email Mallory at exetercl@berks.lib.pa.us to register.

Oct. 2 & 3

Grand Opening: General Carl Spaatz National U.S. Army Air Forces Museum, a WWII experience, 28 Warwick St., Boyertown. Ribbon cutting 10 a.m. to noon Oct. 2. Live music, WWII military vehicles, self-guided tours start at noon. Reduced $5 admission for Oct. 2 only. Registration at 12 p.m. with first round at 1 p.m. $3 a board or $50 buy-in for 5 rounds with 4 boards per round (cost prorated for late arrivals). Shells and boards provided. No choke restrictions however scopes prohibited. Prizes include Andre Farm’s Gift Certificates. Cash prizes added when shooters exceed 20 per round. Kitchen open for lunch. History Talks by Bob Wood: author, teacher, artist, historian, and popular presenter, welcomes lovers of local history to his informal presentations at Studio B, 39A East Philadelphia Ave., Boyertown, 1 to 2 p.m. Following CDC advice, masks recommended. Fit and Fabulous Wednesdays: 9 a.m. exercise class for seniors to improve balance, strength, flexibility, and overall mobility while moving to music. Taught by a licensed physical therapist with over 20 years of experience. Learn how to safely stretch to improve your range of motion, while also strengthening your body to improve mobility. Chairs provided. Exercises customized to fit ability. Free for members, senior membership 65+ $30 for 3 months, $60 for 6 months or 1 year for $100.
