Sophia Hogan scored two goals and McKenzie Tritz and Olivia Holloway each chipped in one to lead Daniel Boone to a 4-1 girls soccer victory over Garden Spot on Friday in the season opener for both teams.
Hogan and Holloway also had assists. Cameron Wadsworth made 11 saves for Daniel Boone.
Exeter 6, Pottsgrove 0
Chayse Flood and Madeline McAuliffe each scored two goals to lead Exeter to a 6-0 girls high school soccer victory over Pottsgrove on Friday.
Mackenzie Mentzer and Mairead Dolan also scored the Eagles. Flood had three assists and Holly Skipper and Aubrey Ridge each had one.
Exeter goalie Taylor Brownback made 4 saves.
