Berks team wrestling tournament: Berks Catholic rolls to title

Eight Berks Catholic wrestlers scored pins as the Saints rolled to a 62-9 win over Exeter in the championship match of the BCIAA Tournament Friday night at Wyomissing.

Gunnar Maciejewski (139), Andrew  Messner (145), Coy Koller (152), Carmine  Lenzi (172), Juan Eduardo Franco (189), Tyden Shuman (114), Kieth Messner (127) and Brayden Hartranft (133) all pinned their opponents.

In the semifinals, the top-seeded Saints beat Conrad Weiser 61-6.
