Blake Reifsnyder shot a 1-over 71 Sunday for a two-round total of 1-over 141 and a one stroke lead heading into Monday’s final round of the Berks County Golf Association Amateur Championship at Reading Country Club.
Matt Dolinsky shot his second straight 71 for a 142. First-round leader Josh Anderson, the 2020 champ, followed his opening-round 69 with a 74 and was third at 143.
Play starts Monday at 8:30 a.m. The top three tee off in the final group at 10 a.m.
Nicholas Fioravante (75-72) and Owen Wisner (75-72) were tied for fourth at 147.
Brian Golembiewski had the best round of the day, a 2-under 68, to move up 10 spots on the leaderboard to sixth.
Reifsnyder played the front nine at 1-under Sunday, making birdies on 2, 5 and 3, and bogeys on 4 and 8. On the back, he made a birdie on No. 11 and a bogey on No. 13 before playing his final three holes at 2-over. He made a double bogey on No. 16, followed by a birdie on No. 17 and a bogey on No. 18.
Dolinsky was 4-over for the round following 10 holes, but played his final eight holes at 3-under, with birdies on 13, 14 and 18.
Anderson was 6-over for his round through 15 holes, but closed with birdies on 17 and 18 to stay in it.
Golembiewski played his back nine in 4-under 32. He made birdies on 10 and 18, and an eagle on the par-5 17th.
