Boyertown Area Senior High alumnus Cameron Gorman was among a group of Marywood University multimedia communication students nominated for a student Mid-Atlantic Regional Emmy for their work in sports media production.
Their entry “Marywood University Pacers Basketball” was nominated in the college and university student production live sporting event and game category for the Mid-Atlantic Region’s College and University Production Awards for Excellence.
Other Marywood University students involved include Vincent Goldschmidt, Announcer; Felix Lettini, Technical Director; Soren Svanson, Camera; Corey Iyoob, Reporter; Bernard Roedel, Videographer/Editor; Benjamin Galko, Camera, and John Downey, Sportscaster. Two other schools received nominations under this category: Indiana University of Pennsylvania for their entry “IUP V.
