One vehicle was overturned in a two-vehicle accident Thursday evening on State Hill Road in Wyomissing.
Crews responded to the crash shortly before 4:20 p.m. at the intersection of Greenwood Mall Street and State Hill Road.
Photos posted on Facebook of the crash show one vehicle mangled and flipped over near the State Hill Road curb, and another in the intersection, with serious damage to the front end.
Fire police were called to the scene to shut down lanes and direct traffic.
Medics called to the scene later reported leaving the scene after two accident victims refused treatment, and another two left with family, according to emergency reports.
