Fleetwood senior Casey Lynn Dewald is the latest member to join the Berks County field hockey 100-goal club.
Dewald scored five goals Monday in a 10-1 win over Brandywine Heights at Mertztown in a Berks III-IV game. The five goals give Dewald 102 for her career.
Dewald, a Kutztown University commit, joins Berks Catholic’s Julia Bressler and Twin Valley’s Natali Foster as players who this season reached the 100-goal mark. There are now nine Berks County players on the 100-goal list.
Foster on Monday became the first Berks player to reach 100 career assists in a 9-0 Berks I-II win over Conrad Weiser in Robesonia.
Foster had three goals and three assists. Foster, a Drexel University commit, has 105 goals and 100 assists for her career to become Berks County’s first 100-100 field hockey player.
