Copihue Bakehouse is Cote Tapia-Marmugi’s love letter to her native country. Cote calls the bakery Chile-ish because, though she was born in Chile, she was raised in the United States. You’ll find chocolate chip cookies and scones alongside a classic Chilean lemon meringue pie, with a shortbread-like crust.
