Food, fun and music at the 154th Kutztown Fair (PHOTOS)

Crowds came out to the 154th Kutztown Fair held at the Kutztown Fairgrounds from Aug. 4 to 9 for food, fun and music.

Fair admission included music on the Main Stage and in the Beer Garden, midway shows, grandstand shows, Action Track racing, nightly face painting, country line dancing with DJ Chicken Nugget in the show ring, livestock exhibits, farm and craft exhibits and carnival rides.

Local organizations and clubs provided fair food such as Dutch fries, pierogies, sausage sandwiches and birch beer.

Houghton Enterprises provided carnival rides, games and food as well as strolling musicians, the Houghton Brothers Band, performing in the midway.
