From Pennsylvania State Police
In conjunction with National Child Passenger Safety Week, which will run from Sunday, Sept. 21, through Saturday, Sept. 27, the Pennsylvania State Police will be strongly enforcing any violation of the Commonwealth’s seat belt and child passenger restraint laws.
PSP Reading, located at 600 Kenhorst Blvd., Reading, will offer free car seat checks on the following dates and times:
- Sunday, Sept. 21, from 7 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.
- Monday, Sept. 22, 6 a.m. to 6:30 p.m.
- Tuesday, Sept. 23, from 2 p.m. to 5:30 p.m.
- Wednesday, Sept. 24, from 10 a.m. to 9:30 p.m.
- Thursday, Sept. 25, from 10 a.m. to 9:30 p.m.
- Friday, Sept. 26, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.
No appointment is necessary.
