Anders scored unassisted in the first quarter, and got her second goal in the third quarter with an assist from Lola Gentile.
The Spartans had a 15-10 edge in shots.
Wyomissing goalies Elina Serrano (2) and Mallory King (8) combined for 10 saves. Claudia Beighley made a defensive save.
Kennard Dale goalie Brooke Mathina made 12 saves.

Olivia Reinhart and Samantha Martinez each scored two goals as Wilson defeated Muhlenberg 9-0 in field hockey on Friday.
Laura Crocono, Caroline Horace, Sophie Wilchek, Evelyn Melograna and Ave Connor also scored for the Bulldogs.
Girls soccer
Dulce Lytle scored two goals as Wyomissing defeated Twin Valley 4-0 in a high school girls soccer match on Friday.
Sphia Zeppos and Lili Marshall also scored.
Abby Noey (2) Zeppos and Marshall had assists.
Twin Valley goalie Lauren Williams made 15 saves. Estelle Benedict made four saves for Wyomissing.
