The 33rd annual Moms for Make-A-Wish softball tournament begins Friday, July 25 at Schuylkill Haven Island Park.
The community invited to celebrate hope, cheer on their favorite teams and help grant wishes for local children with critical illnesses at the event hosted by the Moms for Make-A-Wish® Softball league.
The tournament begins Friday at 6 p.m. with an opening ceremony and Co-Ed Heroes Game. It continues Saturday and Sunday as well as Aug. 3 starting at 9 a.m. Rain dates are July 30 and August 1.
Admission is free and features a variety of activities for all ages, including opportunities to win prizes through raffles and a home run derby.

This year Moms for Make-A-Wish teams have collectively raised more than $60,000 for wish kids through creative fundraising events.
