Gov. Mifflin managed just two hits in falling 7-0 to Central Dauphin in a District 3 Class 6A semifinal Tuesday at Harrisburg.
The third-seeded Mustangs (18-5), who already had clinched a berth in the PIAA playoffs, will play at top-seeded Chambersburg (19-3) in the third-place game Thursday at 4:30 p.m. The Trojans lost 2-0 to fourth-seeded Cumberland Valley in the other semifinal.
Stella Gasper, who was coming off a no-hitter in a 1-0 quarterfinal win over Dallastown, struck out nine for the second-seeded Rams (20-1).
Central Dauphin scored a run in the first, one in the third, three in the fourth and two in the fifth.
