High school softball: Hamburg rolls to win over Gov. Mifflin

Norah Davey, Erica Gerner and Molly Krick had four RBI to lead Hamburg to a 20-4 win in five innings over Gov. Mifflin in softball on Tuesday.

Also for the Hawks, leadoff hitter Amelia Gassert went 4-for-4 with four runs scored and two RBI.

Krick was the winning pitcher, striking out seven and allowing four hits over five innings.

For the Mustangs, Gabby Barto had two hits.

Manheim Township 1, Exeter 0

Ava Stern allowed just four hits in seven innings as Manheim Township shut out Exeter 1-0 in a non-league game on Tuesday.

For the Eagles, Mackenzie O’Brien had two hits and pitched seven innings, giving up one unearned run, six hits and striking out five.
