Multi-platinum recording artist and Latin trap pioneer Arcángel will bring his “Just in Time” U.S. tour to Santander Arena, Reading, on Sept. 17. Tickets go on sale to the general public on Thursday at 10 a.m. at livenation.com.
Also announced today were concerts by the Fleetwood Mac tribute band Fleetwood Mask on July 8 at the Santander Performing Arts Center; the Legacy Reunion of Earth, Wind & Fire Alumni, a show that reunites former members who have been a part of the group’s legacy through the decades, on Sept. 29 at Santander Arena; and Grammy-winning country artist Travis Tritt on Oct. 5 at the Santander Performing Arts Center. Tickets for these three shows go on sale Friday at 10 a.m. at ticketmaster.com.
The Arcángel tour announcement follows the Latin Grammy-nominated artist’s most recent collaboration with Argentine producer Bizarrap creating “BZRP Music Sessions #54.” The track, which fuses trap beats with strings complemented by Arcángel’s smooth rhymes, reached No. 1 on Trending videos for music on YouTube and surpassed 14 million views in less than 24 hours.
Arcángel was recently honored by the Premios Soberano with the Soberano Internacional award for his leadership in the Latin music industry. Leading up to this cross-country tour, Arcángel sold out seven back-to-back nights at the Coliseo de Puerto Rico.
In December, he released “Sr. Santos,” an 18-track album that serves as an ode to his late brother. The project landed at No. 3 on Billboard’s Top Latin Albums list, earning him his sixth Top 10 placement.
