Are you interested in immersing yourself in the vibrant culture of the Pennsylvania Dutch? Look no further! Berks History Center (BHC) is thrilled to announce the continuation of their online Pennsylvania Dutch classes beginning Sept. 24. All classes are held virtually via Zoom.
“These courses are designed to introduce participants to the unique language and traditions of this fascinating community,” said instructor Brad Smith. “Led by experienced instructors who are passionate about preserving this important heritage, our classes offer a fun and interactive way to learn Pennsylvania Dutch.”
BHC’s classes cater to learners at all levels with three different experience tiers, making them suitable for language enthusiasts, history buffs, or those intrigued by various cultures. The courses span eight weeks and will conclude the week of Nov. 11.

Community members interested in BHC’s Pennsylvania Dutch Classes must register online by Thursday, Sept. 19, at berkshistory.org. Classes cost $90 for BHC members (individual-level members and above) and $175 for non-members.
