Letter: Extreme speeders deserve stiff penalty

What happens to a person who gets caught driving over 130 mph (“Driver charged for going 134 mph on Route 422,” Reading Eagle, Feb. 9)? Do they forfeit their car and driver’s license, or do we smack them on the wrist and say, “Behave, don’t do it again?”
