Letter: It’s time to crack down on double-parking in Reading

I’m so sick and tired of having to drive around people who double-park. The police say safety is a priority and would do something about this, yet this dangerous situation continues. On a related issue, too many people are parking in the driving lanes all over the city. The police need to start enforcing these laws.
