Josh Shapiro is set to be sworn in as Pennsylvania’s 48th governor during inauguration ceremonies at the state Capitol in Harrisburg on Tuesday.
The day’s events get started at 10 a.m. with the historic swearing in of former state Rep. Austin Davis as the state’s first Black lieutenant governor. That will be followed by the main inaugural ceremony at 11 a.m., culminating with Shapiro’s swearing-in at noon.
