Kutztown Odyssey of the Mind Crush-a-Thon raises funds to send team to World Finals

The Kutztown Area High School Odyssey of the Mind Team hosted a Crush-a-Thon at the Kutztown Stadium Grand Opening on May 6. This was part of their fundraising effort to get the high school Odyssey team to the World Finals. Kutztown Elementary student Egan Sewall and Kutztown High School student Nathan Hayduk built towers out of balsa and glue.

Kutztown celebrates grand opening of new stadium

Kutztown Area School District, along with the Kutztown Education Foundation, celebrated the grand opening of the new stadium on May 6.

Community members, alumni, faculty, students, and others came out to the high school to be a part of this special day.

The celebration, which began with the fourth annual Running of the Cougars 5K, featured music provided by the high school band and concert choir and performances by the Kutztown Indoor Association.
