Defensive linemen

A: Dani Dennis-Sutton, Abdul Carter and others pressured quarterback Justyn Martin all afternoon.

Linebackers

B: Tony Rojas had a team-high eight tackles, but UCLA had a couple big runs through the middle of the defense.

Defensive backs

B: Jaylen Reed had another impactful game with a sack and a forced fumble, but UCLA tight ends caught six passes.

Special teams

B: Ryan Barker made two field goals in his debut as the new kicker, but the Lions aren’t getting much from their return game.

Coaches

B: Defensive coordinator Tom Allen’s group had another shut-down third quarter. Offensive coordinator Andy Kotelnicki freed Tyler Warren for a 5-yard TD pass on third down.
