State police along with the Berks County district attorney’s office are investigating a fatal shooting by police Thursday night in Wyomissing.
The shooting happened shortly before 9 p.m. in the 900 block of Spring Street in the Berkshire Heights neighborhood, according to a tweet from Trooper David Beohm, Troop L public information officer.
No details have been released.
A press conference has been scheduled for this afternoon at the state police station in Reading.
