Philadelphia police have identified a suspect wanted in connection to a deadly hit-and-run Wednesday. Officials believe that 44-year-old Edward Prince, who also goes by Jamil Smith, was the driver of a minivan who struck 60-year-old Roberto Oquendo in West Kensington.
