Ella Fasnacht and Evan Karenda have been named students of the month for Pine Grove Area High School.
Ella Fasnacht is a daughter of Ryan and Joy Fasnacht of Pine Grove. Her activities include National Honor Society, varsity soccer, FBLA, Varsity Club, Aevidum, Prom Committee, Travel Club (president), Student Council, SADD, Schuylkill County Junior Drug and Alcohol Committee, Diversity Club, and Yearbook Committee. Her plan is to attend college and major in finance or secondary mathematical education.
Evan Karenda is a son of Paul and Tara Karenda of Pine Grove. His activities include Class of 2024 president, football, Quiz Bowl, baseball, archery, Student Council, Travel Club, gifted program, Cardinal Spotlight Theatre, marching band, and National Honor Society. Evan plans to attend a four-year college to obtain a degree in actuarial science.
