Shady Hollow Assisted Riding is thrilled to announce its upcoming Assisted Riding Horse Show on Saturday, Nov. 2, from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. This family-friendly event is free to attend and will showcase the incredible abilities of EWD (Equestrians with Disabilities) participating in our equine-assisted programs.
In addition to the exciting horse show, the event will feature an array of local vendors and activities, including:
- an ice cream and dessert truck to satisfy your sweet tooth;
- raffle items including tickets to the Reading Royals hockey game and Grim Orchard fall fest, as well as unique handmade items and fine art on display and for sale;
- lunch vendor Schaeffer’s Catering offering delicious food options;
- hot beverages including coffee, tea, and hot cocoa to keep you warm; and
- Shady Hollow merch for immediate purchase or custom ordering
This event is a wonderful opportunity to witness firsthand the empowering impact of therapeutic riding on individuals with physical, cognitive, and emotional challenges. Shady Hollow Assisted Riding is committed to enriching the lives of its participants by fostering a supportive and inclusive community.
