The following information comes from police reports and court records.
Found: State police responded to Long Run Road in Wayne Township on May 31. A black Victoria’s Secret handbag containing colored pencils was found on the bleachers. Anyone with information regarding the owner is asked to contact state police at 570-754-4600.
Crash: On May 30 at about 4:30 p.m., state police responded to an accident on Suedberg Road in Pine Grove Township. Avery Hershey, 18, Pine Grove, struck a stop sign and height clearance sign and ran over bushes. The car came to a stop in a mulch bed ith disabling damage and was towed. Hershey was not injured.
Crash: On May 29 at about 12:05 a.m. state police responded to an accident on Route 183 south in Wayne Township. Neysha Fowler, 36, Pottsville, struck a deer. Her SUV was disabled and towed. Fowler was not injured.
Assault with Weapon: State police are investigating a road rage incident on Schuylkill Mountain Road in South Manheim Township on May 28. A white male in his 30s pulled next to a 1989 Ford operated by a young driver and fired a handgun in its direction. The aggressor was driving a black, late-model BMW SUV. Police ask anyone with information regarding this incident to contact state police at 570-754-4600.
Crash: On May 26, state police responded to a hit-and-run accident at on East Main Street in Tremont. A vehicle struck a parked pickup truck and fled the scene. The pickup had minor damage.
Theft: State police are investigating the theft of keys to a medical cart. The keys were reported missing from Woodbridge Road in West Brunswick Township on May 26 arount 6:30 a.m.
Theft: State police at are investigating the theft of a dark-red Harley-Davidson from Hill Road in Barry Township between May 25 at 10 p.m. and May 26 around 6:30 a.m.
Crash: On May 22 at about 12 p.m., state police responded to an accident on South Centre at Main Street in Mount Carbon. Calvin Revell, 46, Pottsville, struck a utility pole and a fence. The pickup had disabling damage and was towed. Revell was transported to Lehigh Valley Schuylkill East.
Theft: State police are investigating the theft of a stolen Pennsylvania vehicle registration tag. The theft occurred on East Second Mountain Road in North Manheim Township on May 21.
Crash: On May 9 at about 10:45 p.m. someone drove into the yard on James Road in Wayne Township, struck a speed-limit sign and then fled.
