Monday: Meatloaf, mashed potatoes, buttered peas, whole-grain bread (1 slice), fresh apple.
Tuesday: Turkey kielbasa, buttered mashed potatoes, sweet and sour red cabbage, whole-grain bread (2 slices), diced pineapple.
Wednesday: Turkey burger, buttered green beans, quinoa vegetable blend, whole-grain bread (1 slice), fresh orange.
Thursday: Chicken parmesan, buttered vegetable blend, buttered whole-grain rotini, diced pears.
Friday: Eggplant rollatini, buttered broccoli, whole-grain bread (1 slice), applesauce.
All meals served with 2% white milk.
Meal regulations: Volunteers will not deliver the meal or leave the meal with anyone other than the consumer without prior permission from the care manager.
