Monday: Barbecue chicken fritters, diced red potatoes, mixed vegetables, whole-grain bread (1 slice), mandarin oranges.
Tuesday: Swiss steak, mashed potatoes, buttered peas and carrots, whole-grain bread (1 slice), fresh apple.
Wednesday: Spaghetti and meatballs, peas and carrots, spaghetti, whole-grain bread (1 slice), tropical fruit.
Thursday: Cheese omelet, turkey sausage, breakfast potatoes, whole-grain bread (1 slice), fresh orange.
Friday: Lemon butter salmon, mashed potatoes, vegetable bread, whole grain bread (1 slice), diced peaches.
All meals served with 2% white milk.
Meal regulations: Volunteers will not deliver the meal or leave the meal with anyone other than the consumer without prior permission from the care manager.
