The City of Reading and Mayor Eddie Morán Present: 4th Annual Halloween on Penn Event

The City of Reading invites you to join Mayor Eddie Morán and hundreds of residents for a spooktacular evening at the fourth annual Halloween on Penn event on Wednesday, Oct. 30, from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m., on the 600 block of Penn Street. This festive gathering promises a ghoulishly good time for all ages!

Event highlights:

Dozens of vendors: Explore an array of vendors offering free Halloween candies, goodies, and prizes.

Pumpkin decorating: Get creative with pumpkin decorating stations.

Photo booth: Capture memories with friends and family at the Halloween-themed photo booth.

Wear your best costume: Show off your best Halloween costume. Costumes are encouraged!

Community spirit: Enjoy the festive atmosphere and meet your fellow residents.

Where can you park?

The Reading Parking Authority is providing free parking from 4 p.m. to 9 p.m. at the following gateless garages: 4th and Cherry Garage: 29 S. 4th St. or South Penn Garage: 626 Cherry St.

If you’d like to participate and promote your organization or business, and have the chance to engage with hundreds of families, showcase your organization, and hand out candy or snacks to trick-or-treaters, please RSVP to DowntownReading@ReadingPA.gov and cc: Maria.Delgado@ReadingPA.gov.
