Tulpehocken will continue its run in the state boys soccer playoffs on Saturday.
The District 3 runner-up Trojans will take on District 11 champion Moravian Academy in the quarterfinals of the PIAA Class 1A playoffs at Palmyra at 4 p.m.
Tulpehocken (17-5-2) beat East Juniata 1-0 in the opening round Tuesday. The win was the Trojans’ 16th shutout of the season.
The Lions (17-3) defeated West Shore Christian 2-0 in the first round. They have outscored their opponents 23-0 over the last three games, including a 9-0 win over Schuylkill Haven in the district championship.
