• Jose Minaya-Alvarez, 29, whose last known address was in the 300 block of West Green Street, Reading, is wanted on aggravated assault charges.
Police said that on Oct. 20 Minaya-Alvarez got into an argument with someone and wanted to start a fight. He then pulled out a black handgun and pointed it at the victim, who was pulled into a nearby home for his safety. Minaya-Alvarez fled the area.
He is described as 6 feet 2 inches and 180 pounds.
• Keith Cade, 44, whose last known address was in the 500 block of Hill Avenue, Lower Alsace Township, is wanted on terroristic threats and simple assault charges.
Police said that on Nov. 17 Cade punched someone in the face. The victim fell and hit his head on the counter, causing facial injuries. After the victim got up Cade approached him with a black handgun. Family members of the victim assisted in removing Cade from the residence.
Cade is described as 6 feet and 190 pounds.
