• Javier Renan-Burgos, 54, whose last known address was in the 1000 block of Windsor Street, Reading, is wanted on strangulation charges.
Police said that on Oct. 9, Renan-Burgos got into an argument with the female victim, struck her in the head repeatedly and attempted to strangle her. The victim stated that she couldn’t breathe or yell for help.
He is described as 5 feet 6 inches and 150 pounds.
• Eva Morales-Leon, 48, whose last known address is in the 500 block of Maple Street, Reading, is wanted on aggravated assault charges.
Police said that on Aug. 28, Morales-Leon got into an argument with the victim and struck the victim in the head with a drill three times before losing consciousness. The victim suffered a partial amputation to his ear and a deep laceration to his head.
She is described as 5 feet 4 inches and 160 pounds.
