The Rockets
What to know: The defending district champions meet Twin Valley in the district playoffs for the third consecutive year and will look to continue their success against the Raiders after beating them in the 2021 quarterfinals.
The Raiders
What to know: In his first season as coach at Twin Valley, Doug Myer will try to guide the Raiders to their first district title game appearance since 2020, when they lost to Gettysburg.
Winner plays: The winner of No. 1 Mechanicsburg vs. No. 16 Northeastern in the quarterfinals on Friday at 7 p.m.
Wyomissing (13-9) vs Bermudian Springs (21-4)
The Spartans
What to know: After starting the season 6-6, won seven of their last nine regular season games to qualify for the district playoffs.
The Eagles
What to know: Won the York-Adams league championship for the first time in school history and will try to eliminate Wyomissing from the district playoffs for the third consecutive year.
Winner plays: At No. 2 Eastern York (20-3) in the quarterfinals on Friday at 7 p.m.
High Point (14-8) vs New Covenant Christian (12-7)
The Eagles
What to know: Led by junior Bethany Thompson, who ranks first among all Berks girls basketball players participating in the district playoffs with a 17.9 points per game scoring average.
The Flames
What to know: Will try to defeat High Point for the second time this season after beating the Eagles 44-29 on Feb. 7.
Winner plays: The winner of No. 1 Christian School of York and No. 8 West Shore Christian in the district semifinals on Friday at 7 p.m.; also earns state playoff berth.
