The 23rd Judicial District of PA/Berks County Court of Common Pleas welcomes Catherine J. Nadirov, Esquire, as the new Berks County Deputy Court Administrator/Family Court Administrator, effective Monday, April 14. Attorney Nadirov was appointed to the position by the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania, upon recommendation by Berks County President Judge M. Theresa Johnson.

Attorney Nadirov previously served as a Berks County Assistant District Attorney for nine years and, most recently, managed a general practice law firm in the City of Reading and served as a court-appointed attorney in family and criminal matters. She also served as a Guardian Ad Litem (GAL) for KidsPeace, a local charity that provides behavioral and mental health services for children, families, and communities.

Attorney Nadirov has a Bachelor of Science Degree from Albright College in Environmental Science and Economics and a Juris Doctorate from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law.

Attorney Nadirov will replace the long-serving Berks County Deputy Court Administrator, Lisa Siciliano, who is retiring after 35 years of dedicated service to the county. Attorney Siciliano served for 23 years as Deputy Court Administrator 23rd Judicial District of PA/Berks County. She also served for eight years as IV-D Counsel with Berks County Domestic Relations and spent four years in private practice concentrating in family law.
