West Chester >> The Chester County Treasurer’s Office is issuing a notice that all dog owners in the county should, by now, have purchased licenses for their pets for 2018. The notice comes in anticipation of canvassing in the county by the Dog Warden during the month of May.
All dogs age 3 months or older must be licensed by Jan.
