Christmas Lights Display Benefiting the ARL

From Animal Rescue League of Berks County

With over 30,000 Christmas lights, Ronald and Kerin DeCarlo and Tim Gaston celebrate their 39th holiday season with their now traditional Lights on Elwyn benefiting the Animal Rescue League of Berks County (ARL).

Lights on Elwyn debuted on Saturday, Nov. 30, at 216 Elwyn Ave. in Sinking Spring, and will be on from 6 p.m. until 9 p.m. every night (weather permitting) through Sunday, Dec. 29.

“The display is even bigger and better this year with more lights, new displays, and different things to see,” said Ronald DeCarlo. “There is also a full-size hand-built sleigh to sit in for a personal photo opportunity. We encourage you to park, walk around the property, and stroll through Candy Cane Lane to view even more.”

The event is free to attend, but the public is encouraged to bring pet food, supplies, and cash donations to benefit the ARL. Please visit berksarl.org/wishlist to view ARL’s needed items.

Representatives from the ARL will be at the display on Saturday, Dec. 21, to provide information about the shelter, adoptable animals, and more.
