Ex-Mexico army chief arrested in LA on drug-trafficking, money-laundering charges

Two people with knowledge of the arrest said Former Mexican defense secretary Gen. Salvador Cienfuegos was taken into custody on a U.S. Drug Enforcement Administration warrant.
