The day will begin with a riverbank clean-up from 9 a.m. to 11 a.m. Volunteers should wear sturdy shoes that can get wet. All clean-up supplies will be provided.
Community Day activities will kick off at 11 a.m., featuring free kayaking demonstrations on the Schuylkill River, trail bike loans, watershed education, crafts, food, and outdoor games for all ages until it wraps up at 3 p.m.
